Steps
- Access the PC on which you want to perform the self-diagnosis test.
- Click Start to open the Programs menu.

- Type SelfDiagnosis.exe and press Enter.
By default, SupportAssist is installed at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\SupportAssist\ in 64-bit operating systems and at C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssist\ in 32-bit operating systems.
