Turns out IT isn’t our strong point 🙈 Sorry to anyone who received a load of past calendar invites from us today. We’ve learnt our lesson and will get someone else to do it next time. Thank f*ck it’s Friday eh!

This happened to me once when I tried to sync my calandar with cloud. Fired out old calandar invites from years ago. 🤦🏻♂️

☕ Christmas is for ClosersAEs, next week is your last full week to get those you "want" to sign before you risk them going into an eggnog coma. 😴He's a few ways you might build clarity:✅ Be Direct. Ask your champion, "What still needs to happen for us to have this wrapped by (date)?"✅ Send a holiday gift. For those that have gone dark, a fun gift can be a low pressure way to reengage. **Key here - don't make an ask** Try "Wanted to send a little token of appreciation for all your efforts this year. Thought this might brighten your holiday season"✅ Leverage the "sunk cost fallacy". It's valid to remind your prospect of all the work it took to get a deal this far. The holiday has a way of unraveling momentum so getting things locked in now might save them quite a bit of effort gathering internal support in Q1. Don't nobody want that. May the odds ever be in your favor!➡️ Have a tip of your own? Share it in the comments below!#sales #salesdevelopment #ae

If you're facing into December with: ⭐ a massive list of things to do, ⭐ a jam packed diary full of activities, ⭐ a sense of failure from all the things you haven't done yet or ⭐ any sense of overwhelm, panic or otherwise Consider this your permission to take a few moments for yourself. Give yourself just 5 minutes alone (10 if you can manage it). Switch off your phone (or leave it in another place).Take 3 deep breaths. Stare at something ideally out of the window (clouds, leaves etc). Focus on it and really pay attention to everything about it. The colour, if it's moving, what it's doing and anything else you can see. When you've looked at it for a few minutes, take a moment to move your eyes back into the room around you. Give yourself a hug. Then remind yourself that no-one has ever asked you to be super-human and everything is going to be absolutely fine.

I’ve dreaded doing this post, but I wanted to share my February stats and talk about wins and areas of improvements.64.5% connection rate on the phones 8 closes20 booked meetings.A solid month. One thing I am really proud of myself of is my connection rate. I think I cracked the formula and I have really been having top quality conversations. I am holding people’s attention! Two things I want to really work on this month. First is being fixated on a number or a deal. I found very often that I was worrying about the wrong things. I would stare at my screen and just beg for some random event to happen that would make my number go up. It really destroys your momentum and makes you lose sight on being present in every call. The second is my presence on the phones. People can feel when you are thirsty for something or being manipulated so you need to remember you are there to help FIRST AND FOREMOST. I am having a very solid start to the month, but it’s the beginning of the month. It only matters how you finish.

VAs aren’t going to like this…⏰ Don’t let anybody tell you how to manage your time. - You have to have a timetable that suits you. - Some like a rough idea in their head and still get sh*t done.- Others like a pretty time blocked calendar. - Others like a time blocked calendar with spaces in for doing whatever you feel like doing. - Some like a hand written to do list. 🫡 Some people like to be held accountable…some don’t. What I will say is don’t rush tasks just to fit them into your allocated slot. That task is either needed or wanted and deserves you time, care and energy.Obviously some tasks are quicker than others…Eg. Replying to ‘easy’ emails Vs setting up a new email sequence. One size does not fit all and don’t let anyone tell you different. But do not forget to add in time for those that you love; ❤️ For those long walks in the countryside.❤️ For Granny’s 90th Birthday party.❤️ For the Christmas concert to watch your little one stand for an hour dressed as an angel ❤️ For helping with homework.❤️ For cooking a decent meal. ❤️ For looking after YOU! You can’t get back time (but if you hire the right VA, you can certainly get more 😉)What have you made time for this weekend? Whats important for you?

How may we be of assistance to you? Here's a rundown of the stuff we've got done for our amazing clients this week 💪Imagine the bliss of waking up to an empty inbox, devoid of any pending emails.Picture yourself on a relaxing holiday, with the peace of mind that someone back home is effectively managing expectations. The scenario where deadlines are met on a project, thanks to someone diligently overseeing the process. The luxury of having a well-deserved lunch break, without feeling overwhelmed by an overbooked calendar.Visualise the joy on your loved one's face as they receive a thoughtful birthday gift, expertly selected by you (and not forgotten, obviously). The satisfaction of having all your Facebook posts scheduled and ready to roll, ensuring you stay at the forefront of people's minds. The competitive advantage of having a pre-compiled list of potential clients, with the wheels already set in motion.🤔 What task consistently lingers at the bottom of your to-do list?
