The Nasdaq Listing Centeris our secure online document and information portal. It allows registered users to submit listing applications and required forms electronically. Since introducing the site in 2009, companies and their representatives have submitted more than 65,000 applications and forms using our online system.

The Listing Center also includes our extensive library of searchable frequency asked questions, staff interpretations, and Listing Council decisions.

All the forms required for listing, including the Listing Application, Listing Agreement and Corporate Governance Certification, can be completed electronically through the Listing Center. The Listing Center streamlines the preparation of listing applications and forms, making the listing review and approval process more efficient by pre-populating certain fields, allowing companies to upload supporting documents, and sign forms electronically. And since we can collect much of the information needed to verify compliance from publicly available sources, we have minimized the documentation you need to provide Nasdaq.

Most notifications required by the Exchange can be completed electronically through the Listing Center. For your convenience, you can review applications and forms in preview mode. This way, you can gather the information you need without creating an account or logging in.

Please see below for instructions on how to communicate with Nasdaq Staff regarding the following company actions.

Apply to Transfer between Nasdaq Market Tiers (e.g., Global/Global Select to Capital Market, Capital Market to Global/Global Select)	Log in to the Listing Center and select Listing Application Market Transfer	Upon company request
Cash Dividends and Other Cash Distributions Forward Stock Splits, Stock Dividends and Rights Offerings Interest Payments	Log in to the Listing Center and select Dividend/Distribution/Interest Payment Form	As soon as possible after declaration, and, in any event, no later than simultaneously with the public disclosure and no later than 10 calendar days prior to record date.
